Evelyn Ackerman

Unsurprisingly over the moon about these wall hangings designed by Evelyn Ackerman,

All photos courtesy of Ackerman

"Jerome and Evelyn strove to make beautiful yet affordable and accessible designs for homes and offices. Their life represents a true marriage of art and design that resulted in a prolific output of ceramics, mosaics, textiles, woodcarvings, hardware, and metal that embodied a modernist sensibility."

Aquarium bar & Ketchup

A couple of drawings for a series in the works.
The first one hasn't got a name yet, and the second will be part of a little comic called Ketchup Disaster.

Rob Ryan

Just caught this inspiring photo on the Selvedge Spring Fair Facebook page

The work is by London based Rob Ryan. I especially love the tapestry pillow which reads, "Give me work to last me all of my life" and is a collaboration with Emily Peacock.

More work from the Mister Rob Etsy store, including silk scarves made by NV London Calcutta

"The silk is hand-spun in a small village in West Bengal and then hand-screen printed in Calcutta using non-toxic inks. It is then hand-rolled by Murshidabad Women's Co-operative Group."
